Applies scientific and engineering principles
in research, development, production technology, quality control, packaging, processing and utilization of our products by conducting basic research, product research and development of new products.

Develops new and improved methods and systems
for processing, production, quality control, packaging and distribution. Study methods to improve quality of product such as the flavour, colour, texture, nutritional value, convenience or physical, chemical and microbiological composition.

Attend all factory trials

Attend all factory trials
to ensure all documentation is captured, ensure that trial samples are sent for microbiological testing and organoleptic assessment of products is completed throughout shelf life.

Develop and manage audit program for the HALAL management system,
identify non-conformance and providing recommendation for improving. Monitor the HALAL validity of all the raw materials. Attend to internal and external complaint related to HALAL integrity issues and provide technical assistance pertaining compliance to HALAL requirement to both internal & external customers. Always up to date with the latest development in HALAL industry in the world.
